EUROPEAN OMNICARE MANAGER
The European Omnicare Manager is responsible for non OEM Bid Management and Development in the region and achievement of order intake goals, plans and activities of the related products/services in the assigned region.
Tasks:
- Definition of the target order intake for the region;
- Planning and budgeting for the assigned region;
- Target growth according approach for Omnicare including revamps and footprint solutions for 3rd party business;
- Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments;
- Win new customers with a systematic approach / and get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions;
- Registration, acceptance of non OEM products with all customers /end users so that each product gets the best chance in the market;
- Assisting sales in building up customers relationships from prospecting to closing;
- Negotiate/approve contracts and service agreements;
- Develop and implements marketing plans;
- Regional coordination and support between customers, sales, engineering and PC;
- Collect & communicate market intelligence / competitors activities, project opportunities and support Regional Development Manager;
- Monthly Business Review / Reporting in KPI Dashboard a structured and professional manner;
- Participate in monthly meetings (Sales Funnel Call, Core Team Meeting);
- Set Up and Follow Up Regional Sales Calls with IGCs to ensure optimal filling grade of Sales Funnel;
- Identification and usage of external partners in defined fields (Field Service / Engineering);
- Alignment with Global Omnicare organization as well as PrimeServ Omnicare Marine and Power.
