Linde Gas Benelux is active in supplying their customers with gases and technical applications, more and more focussing on reducing emissions inCO2 and N2. Also Linde Gas is an appreciated partner in the hydrogen projects in the Rotterdam harbour. The Benelux sales organization is focussing on new business development and retaining current clients. Due to internal mobility and career development, they are looking to recruit a



  • Frontrunner of the sales organization with the aim to score new business in the market and develop the business at existing customers by using the gasses, applications and technologies Linde has to offer in the
  • Will be working with renowned companies in the segment on high priority topics such as emission reduction, process improvement, environmental matters and safety
  • The portfolio of specially developed applications therein will be the toolbox to give Linde Gas a competitive edge that allow for strong business development opportunities
  • The Application Sales Engineer target, is to identify chances, match them with the best fitting gas, application or technology and develop the business case to close the deal
  • Expected to technically understand the various applications that Linde has to offer and can work with them in-field during the project start-up at the customer, alongside the project manager
  • Owns the process from business development until the order and are capable to align the needed internal and external stakeholders along the way


  • HBO / bachelor degree and experience in the B2B (petro)chemical segment of the Benelux, background in process technology not preferred but desired
  • In addition strong techno / commercial and communicative skills are required
  • Comfortable to operate in a quick changing and multinational organization
  • Strong mindset to drive the business, develop the market, own the targets and makes own priorities to get the work done rounds
  • Fluent (writing and speaking) in Dutch and English is required
