Projectleider a.i. – Covra – Borssele – INGEVULD

De Centrale Organisatie Voor Radioactief Afval (COVRA) heeft als enig bedrijf in Nederland de taak om al het radioactief afval te verzamelen, verwerken en op te slaan. Alle bedrijven in Nederland die een vergunning op grond van de kernenergiewet hebben om met radioactieve stoffen te werken, zijn verplicht hun radioactief afval aan COVRA aan te bieden. Om de zorgtaak voor het radioactieve afval te kunnen uitvoeren heeft COVRA een opslag- en verwerkingsfaciliteit gerealiseerd in Zeeland, op het haventerrein Vlissingen-Oost in de gemeente Borssele.

COVRA werkt continu aan de verbetering en uitbreiding van de locatie.

Voor één van de deelprojecten, zijn wij op zoek naar een Projectleider a.i.

Taken:

In deeltijd (2 tot 3 dagen per week) toezicht houden op de scoping, planning en uitvoering van het project, uitgevoerd door 2 externe contractors.

Profiel:

Senior projectleider. Mechanische achtergrond. Sterk in projectmanagement, maar ook kennis van contract management. Ervaring in uitvoering in complexe technische projecten.

HR Manager – LBC Tank Terminals – Rotterdam

LBC Tank Terminals, with its’ headquarters in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is an independent operator of midstream and downstream bulk liquid storage facilities for chemicals, oils and refined petroleum products currently owning and operating a global network of terminals with a combined storage capacity of 3.0 million m³. The global footprint consists of 7 facilities located in Europe and America serving over 70 customers, including all major players.

LBC’s long-term strategic direction in defined. The strategic direction is translated into 5 priorities they persue in order to become world leading reference for chemical storage solutions. The 5 priorities are sustainability and CSR, growth, operational excellence, margin improvement and digitalization and automation.

In the terminal in de Rotterdam area, LBC is executing a multi-year expansion project in five phases. Having recently commissioned the 2nd phase, they are now preparing for the third phase. Over time, the terminal capacity will be tripled from today’s situation.

LNG Process Engineer – Vopak – Rotterdam

Vopak is the world’s leading storage provider for energy and other essential products. Located at major shipping crossroads and supply gateways, Vopak continues to grow and invest in new assets and invests heavily in growth in new energies.

Vopak is currently playing a central role in securing future supply of natural gas to Western Europe. They are expanding rapidly on their LNG terminal in the port of Rotterdam and in cooperation with Gasunie, are participating in a FRSU that is going to be active near Eemshaven in the north of the Netherlands.

Also projects in other cryogenic gases are under development. To further strengthen the organization, Vopak is currently recruiting a

LNG & Cryo Gas Process Engineer

The LNG & Cryo Gas Process Engineer is responsible for the review and development of P&ID’s in several LNG, CO2, Hydrogen and Green Ammonia import terminal projects. Together with Vopak’s Project Manager, you engage with the design companies in reviewing process safety with HAZID and HAZOP sessions. In dialogue with the future Operators, he/she discusses the operability and maintainability of the process plant. This can be LNG import, but also CO2, H2 and NH3 import, storage, re-liquefaction and regasification. Vopak is also having small-scale LNG liquefaction in its project portfolio. 

Where the project design is frozen and construction is moving ahead, the role as LNG & Cryo Gas Process Engineer gravitates towards Commissioning and Start-up Engineer. Drafting and reviewing of Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning , Start-up and Performance Test procedures, in coordination with the construction contractors, is part of the role. Planning the (pre-)commissioning schedule and prioritizing / sequencing mechanical completions to meet commissioning deadlines is also required. Before start-up, he/she will carry out a Pre Start-up Safety Review (PSSR) together with the future Operators of the terminal.

Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, with specialization in Chemical or Process Engineering, or equivalent
  • Minimal 5 years experience in LNG Process Engineering and Commissioning, with extensive field experience on site during construction, commissioning and hand-over to operations. 
  • Knowledge of and experience with key codes and standards related to cryogenic gas installations and equipment, such as EU Seveso-III Directive, EN 1473 “Installation and Equipment for LNG – design of onshore installations”, ISO 16903 “Installation and Equipment for LNG – material selection”, NFPA 59A “Standard for the Production, Storage and Handling of LNG”, 33 CFR Part127 “Waterfront facilities Handling LNG and Liquified Hazardous Gas” 
  • Flexibility to work internationally at different locations.
  • Excellent stakeholder management on different levels.
  • Proven Safety leadership and service mindedness.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical skills.

Turnaround Manager – Sitech Services – Geleen

Sitech is met name werkzaam op de Chemelot Site te Geleen waarbij zij verantwoordelijk is voor de Site Services diensten (Waterzuivering, Brandweer, Security en Infra) alsmede technische diensten (Maintenance, Projecten, Turnarounds, Technologie & Innovatie) verleent aan een aantal grote chemische bedrijven op de locatie. Er werken circa 1.000 mensen en de doelstelling is om de dienstverlening verder uit te breiden binnen en buiten de Chemelot Site.

In verband met doorgroei is Sitech op zoek naar een

TURNAROUND MANAGER

Sitech stevent af op het drukste Turnaround jaar (najaar 2022 en voorjaar 2023) ooit! In totaal staan 7 Turn Arounds op de planning en kengetallen van 265.000 W-uren, 22.000 materiaalregels, 192.000 m3 steigerbouw, zijn zeker indrukwekkend te noemen.

Het proces start bij de klant, die op werklijsten aangeeft wat moet gebeuren. Daarna gaat Sitech aan de slag met de scoping, werkvoorbereiding, pré-uitvoering en tot slot de uitvoering. Een langdurig en intensief traject dat afhankelijk van de complexiteit van een Turn Around één tot enkele jaren in beslag neemt. In dat hele proces, wat moet leiden tot kwalitatief goede, veilige en efficiënt georganiseerde, speelt de Turnaround Manager een cruciale rol.

Taken:

De Turnaround Manager is een echte leider iemand die zijn teamleden maximaal in hun kracht inzet en primair focust op hoofdlijnen (processtappen), relatie met de klant en de SHE, kwaliteit prestatie en alleen als het nodig is, inzoomt op details en detailinformatie. Iemand die ook wanneer de druk hoog is, het hoofd koel houdt en het overzicht weet te bewaren. Taken o.a.:

  • inzet, ontwikkeling van het Turnaround team eindverantwoordelijk voor het hele TA proces en de operationele aansturing op grote lijnen;
  • de ontwikkeling van de Business Unit Turn Arounds in alle facetten; processen, medewerkers, SHE, kwaliteit, kosten-omzet en innovaties.
  • het managen van het afbreukrisico door het bewaken van SHE, budget, kwaliteit en de doorlooptijd van je portfolio; 
  • verder verbeteren van Turnarounds en levert daartoe input aan bij het Turnaround Center of Excellence;
  • managen van de klant relatie op een manier dat de toebedeelde Turnarounds (light) binnen de verwachtingen inzake SHE, budget, kwaliteit en doorlooptijd succesvol zijn;

Profiel kandidaat:

  • Master en/of Bachelor diploma op het gebied van techniek;
  • beschikt over minimaal 5 jaar ervaring op het gebied van Turn Arounds of Large Capital Projects binnen een Turn Around, en/of projecten omgeving;
  • ervaring met het op hoofdlijnen aansturen vanuit een helicopter view en de grote lijnen van zowel externe als interne processen en mensen in verschillende werkgebieden, zonder daarbij alles tot in detail te willen opvolgen/weten;
  • klantgericht (snel, efficiënt, commercieel en effectief inspelen en managen van de klantverwachtingen en -relaties);
  • goede communicatieve vaardigheden, overtuigend, stelt prioriteiten en komt gemaakte afspraken na;
  • impactvol, ondernemend, houdt overzicht en weet ook onder grote druk het hoofd koel te houden;
  • sterke focus op en drive om continu te verbeteren;
  • teamspeler, met interesse voor en betrokkenheid bij medewerkers, weten wat speelt binnen het team en tegelijkertijd in staat om zelfstandig te werken;
