ETT is an ultra-modern terminal, perfectly located in the Port of Rotterdam. The deep water harbour means it’s capable of berthing big ships. ETT specializes in fuel oil and bio fuels, offering more than 1,400,000 m3 capacity. The 42 tanks handle a variety of products including bio-ethanol, methanol, and sustainable jet fuel. The location provides a smooth connection by truck, rail and Europe’s 12,000 km pipeline system.

COMMERCIAL MANAGER ETT

This role will be a highly commercial position responsible for the P&L of ETT. and part of the management team reporting to the SVP VTTI-NL of the terminal and a functional report to the SVP Commercial. The role will involve growing the global customer footprint whilst looking forward to the energy transition. Although this position will involve working closely with operations and the customer service teams, it will be highly autonomous.

Knowledge of the downstream sector supply chain is a pre-requisite to succeed in this role, with ideally some experience within the storage and terminals sector.

The ideal hire will be capable of developing and subsequently managing relationships at a high- level within this sector. Some of the personal competencies this candidate will need to display will be collegiate, adaptive and self-starting, whilst adding real value (not only in monetary terms) to the business. This individual will also be a clear and open communicator with strong analytical skills.

Also responsible for the CSC team (Customer Services and Customs team), in the team is a CSC Lead with 8 employees.

PROFILE

• A highly motivated and ambitious individual with a demonstrable track record of consistent commercial success within the European downstream oil sector.

• Proven experience innovating and disrupting within their chosen field.

• Extensive stakeholder management experience with outstanding communication, influencing and negotiation skills.

• Prior experience of successfully working remotely and autonomously. • Fluent English speaker
