Projectmanager Dispatching a.i.- Eneco – Rotterdam – INGEVULD

Onze opdrachtgever Eneco is al sinds jaren één van de beeldbepalende spelers in de renewable energy sector, waarbinnen zij projecten ontwikkelen en realiseren in uiteenlopende richtingen. Eén van de projecten die Eneco in de afgelopen jaren heeft ontwikkeld is het project “Leiding Door Midden” (LDM). Na de ontwikkelfase heeft partner Gasunie dit warmteproject overgenomen en wordt het nu gerealiseerd onder naam Warmtelinq.

In de operationele fase van Warmtelinq dient er een effectief dispatching systeem in gebruik te zijn genomen.

Om dit nieuwe systeem op te zetten en in te richten, is er een positie ontstaan:

Senior Planner a.i. – Large Greenfield Project – Rotterdam – INGEVULD

They are currently developing a FLNG project in the Rotterdam area.

He/she will set up a master schedule for the project, where FEED, permitting, licensing and project finance are aligned.

PLANNER

De werkzaamheden van de afdeling CES moeten worden ingepland in overleg en nauwe samenwerking met de opdrachtgevers en met de interne organisatie.

De Planner heeft een centrale rol in het organiseren, afstemmen en plannen van deze werkzaamheden.

Regional Manager E&I – LBC Tank Terminals – Rotterdam/Antwerp – INGEVULD

LBC Tank Terminals, with its’ headquarters in Rotterdam, the Netherlands, is an independent operator of midstream and downstream bulk liquid storage facilities for chemicals, oils and refined petroleum products currently owning and operating a global network of terminals with a combined storage capacity of 3.0 million m³. The global footprint consists of 7 facilities located in Europe and America serving over 70 customers, including all major players.

To further improve and strengthen the technical organization in the ARA region, LBC is looking for a

REGIONAL MANAGER E&I

Directly reporting to the Asset & Engineering Director ARA the Regional Manager E&I is responsible for:

  • Front end engineering and design for (new projects)
  • Feasibility studies
  • Develop, implement and improve the strategic plan for LBC Tank Terminals in the field of Electrical & Instrumentation. Identify required changes within the business to maximize the value of technology and create of long term plan for implementation.
  • Contract management for engineering and installation projects for E&I (together with Procurement).
  • Develop, launch and embed engineering standards on E&I in the three LBC ARA Terminals.
  • Ensures compliance of all electrical equipment with ATEX relevant standards.
  • Quality assurance regarding E&I.
  • Active role at HAZOP studies.
  • Familiar with risk assessment technique and with SIL loop calculations.
  • Support local terminal teams in knowledge sharing and trouble shooting.
  • Manage and oversee activities of two Supervisors E&I.

Profile:

  • Bachelor / academic degree in Electrical Engineering or similar;
  • Minimum of 5 years relevant working experience as a Lead (project) Engineer E&I, Manager E&I, or similar, preferably in the (petro)chemical or tank storage industry;
  • Managerial experience required.
  • Pragmatic.

In the role of Startup Manager, you will manage the successful start-up and operations of the Advanced Methanol plants in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and subsequent plants in Europe. You are part of the Operations team in Nootdorp but will frequently visit the site locations and engineering offices. In this role you will report to the COO.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Successful start-up of the Amsterdam, Rotterdam and subsequent plants
  • Provide oversight on EPC contractor and O&M partner for successful start-up
  • Provide and Improve HTW Startup Operating Procedures and Training program
  • Capture Learnings and improve Start-ups across sites
  • Provide suggestions to technology to improve HTW startup facilities
  • Support sites for (un)planned shutdowns


QUALIFICATIONS/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

You bring the following competencies:

  • Master degree in engineering or equivalent by experience
  • 15 years experience in petro/chemical plants, with at least five years experience as production head and experience in starting up new facilities
  • Experience in gasification or fluidised beds and gas treatment is a plus
  • High HSE and operating standards
  • Passion for operations of chemical facilities
  • Drive to continuously learn and improve
  • Ambition to grow the business and improve the operations
  • Can work efficiently as part of a highly dynamic team and can also take ownership and work independently, hands-on
