Operations Manager Workshop

Taken: Bepaalt visie, strategie en de doelstellingen van de afdeling. Geeft direct en indirect sturing aan een team van 20 monteurs en supervisors, die dagelijks werkzaam zijn in de workshop. Stemt projecten en workload af met de interne MAN afdelingen en externe stakeholders. Onderhoudt pro-actief een commercieel netwerk en bouwt deze uit indien de kansen zich voordoen. Stimuleert en motiveert het eigen team en zorgt voor betrokkenheid en de persoonlijke en vakinhoudelijke ontwikkeling van het team.

Profiel: Ervaren manager met overzicht, delegerend, analytisch, initiatiefrijk, uitstekende communicatie, resultaatgericht. Commercieel gevoel. Uitdagende rol binnen solide internationaal bedrijf. Their after-sales brand, MAN PrimeServ, offers an extensive network of service centers for their customers worldwide. For their MAN Industries department located in Rotterdam the Netherlands, from where the sales and field service activities are coordinated, they are currently looking for an experienced Sales Manager Carbon Capture and Storage

The Sales Manager Carbon Capture and Storage is responsible for the development and achievement of order intake goals, plans and activities of the industries products and services in the Benelux, with a specific focus on CCS. 

Tasks: 

  • The management and coordination of the sales, business development activities and customer relationship for new sales equipment in the Benelux and neighbor countries, with special focus on CCS;
  • The registration, acceptance of MAN-ES products with all customers and end users, so that each product gets the best chance in the market;
  • Building customer relationships from prospecting to closing;
  • The support of commercial negotiation of new sales proposals up to contract signature and provide proper support during project execution till PAC signature;
  • Collect and communicate market intelligence, competitors activities and project opportunities;
  • Reporting in a structured and professional manner;
  • Travelling around in Benelux and abroad according to business needs;
  • Mission-critical customer contacts (key accounts);
  • Providing information, maintain records and carry out all duties (e.g. use of CRM) in an accurate, efficient and timely manner for New Sales activities;
  • Enhancing the image and reputation of the company whilst supporting its commercial interests.

Profile:  

  • Bachelor/Master degree in business, engineering or comparable; 
  • Seasoned sales/marketing experience with 5 to 10 years of related experience, preferably in the HDRE manufacturing / service business;
  • Deep understanding and knowledge about the balance of plant equipment, customer base and applicable sales processes;
  • Customer centric, service minded, entrepreneurial, self-disciplined, and highly motivated with ability to focus on defined priorities;
  • Solid competences in turbomachinery and knowledge of the carbon capture and storage market;
  • Excellent skills set required in areas such as communication, contract negotiation, terms and conditions design, legal implications of terms and conditions and project management  at the most senior level of customer;
  • Fluent in spoken and written English, additional foreign language are advantageous;
  • Readiness to travel as required by business needs (partially >80% of the time and sometimes on very short notice).

Conditions:

€ 65.000 – 85.000 per year + company car + excellent sec.package

EUROPEAN OMNICARE MANAGER

The European Omnicare Manager is responsible for non OEM Bid Management and Development in the region and achievement of order intake goals, plans and activities of the related products/services in the assigned region.

Tasks:

  • Definition of the target order intake for the region;
  • Planning and budgeting for the assigned region;
  • Target growth according approach for Omnicare including revamps and footprint solutions for 3rd party business;
  • Responsible to support the growth strategies within the region (budget quotations, order intake, revenue/casing, customer visits), follow up on open payments;
  • Win new customers with a systematic approach / and get understanding and agreement on general terms and conditions;
  • Registration, acceptance of non OEM products with all customers /end users so that each product gets the best chance in the market;
  • Assisting sales in building up customers relationships from prospecting to closing;
  • Negotiate/approve contracts and service agreements;
  • Develop and implements marketing plans;
  • Regional coordination and support between customers, sales, engineering and PC;
  • Collect & communicate market intelligence / competitors activities, project opportunities and support Regional Development Manager;
  • Monthly Business Review / Reporting in KPI Dashboard a structured and professional manner;
  • Participate in monthly meetings (Sales Funnel Call, Core Team Meeting);
  • Set Up and Follow Up Regional Sales Calls with IGCs to ensure optimal filling grade of Sales Funnel;
  • Identification and usage of external partners in defined fields (Field Service / Engineering);
  • Alignment with Global Omnicare organization as well as PrimeServ Omnicare Marine and Power.

Profile candidate:
