Maintenance Engineer Mechanical – ATPC – Antwerpen

Gesitueerd in het hart van Europa en verbonden met een uitgebreid pijpleidingnetwerk, profiteert ATPC van haar strategische en geografische positie. Een positie die ATPC verder wil consolideren.

De Maintenance Engineer Mechanical rapporteert aan de Technical Manager en is verantwoordelijk voor de betrouwbaarheid en de beschikbaarheid van de mechanische installatie. Initieert verbeter voorstellen op basis van analyses uit het onderhoudsbeheersysteem. Is verantwoordelijk voor het opstellen van het jaar- en meerjarenbudget.

Adviserende taken:

  • Verstrekken van onderhoudsconcepten aan de operationele verantwoordelijken inzake mechanisch onderhoud, zodat deze de kost, kwaliteit en efficiëntie van onderhoudswerk kunnen verbeteren.
  • Installaties efficiënter doen werken met respect voor de opgelegde veiligheids- en kwaliteitsnormen.
  • In overleg met de Process Engineer zorgen voor een correcte wijze van inbedrijfstelling van de installaties na reparatie/wijziging.
  • Geeft input over de onderhoudsfilosofie bij nieuwe projecten tijdens engineeringsfase.

Uitvoerende taken:

  • Inhoudelijk voorbereiden en desgewenst begeleiden van projecten i.v.m. piping, pompen, staalstructuren, gebouwen, etc.
  • Organiseren van RCA’s , FME(C)A’s
  • Opstellen van technische standaarden en de instructies die daaruit voortvloeien
  • Updaten van technische documentatie
  • Invoeren, onderhouden en naleven van alle bestaande/nodige procedures en werkinstructies in het kader van de ISO 9001 kwaliteitscertificatie
  • Geeft onderhoudsonderricht aan medewerkers van TD en Operations en bepaalt opleidingsbehoefte van monteurs in geval van nieuwe installaties
  • Permanent voeling houden met engineers van de toeleveranciers om op de hoogte te blijven van de technische evolutie inzake maintenance

Profiel kandidaat:

In Belgium, LBC operates two terminals, one of 275,000 cbm capacity and another terminal of app. 50,000 m3 capacity. In both terminals they are working on multi-year expansion projects.

At the same time, they continue to serve their customers and continuously improve and operate the existing terminal, storing a variety of Chemicals and Base Oils.

PROJECT PORTFOLIO MANAGER

The Project Portfolio Manager reports hierarchically to the European Assets and Engineering Director with a functional line to the Antwerp Terminal Manager. This is a critical role in the Antwerp MT, responsible for:

  • Evaluating requests for proposals from new customers and/or for new products for suitability with the existing infrastructure and to define projects and budgets for adaptations to the infrastructure
  • (Manage the) Execution of a portfolio of capital projects, which could be commercial capex, maintenance capex, margin improvement capex projects or expansion capex projects
  • Manage a technical team appr. 12 professionals, e.g. project managers, engineers, field supervisors, safety inspectors, QA/QC inspectors, etc.
  • Ensuring compliance with LBC project management standards, policies and procedures
  • Following up and keeping records of Portfolio KPI’s
  • Providing steering committee reporting
  • Cooperating with the purchasing manager and presenting tender board proposals
  • Managing the Portfolio financials, internal resources and contractor’s execution teams
  • Strategy deployment and priorities

Profile candidate:

  • At least 10 years of experience in tank terminals/storage industry or the (petro)chemical industry, in a similar role

Alkion Terminals owns and operates a network of 10 tank terminals, strategically located in the Netherlands, France, Spain, Portugal and Italy. In close cooperation with and understanding their business and strategic interests, they provide solutions in storage and supply chain-management for petrochemical (liquid) bulk products throughout Europe. Alkion Terminals invests continually in its terminal assets to meet commercial excellence expectations by improving the infrastructure and operational capabilities.

The Alkion terminal in Amsterdam (ATA) is located in the harbor in of Amsterdam on the North Sea Channel. ATA has a wide variety of tanks divided across three tank pits, with a total storage capacity of 74,000 cubic meters. The next couple of years ATA will invest in further expanding the capacity by building new tanks.

TECHNICAL MANAGER
